Los Angeles’ Fatburger chain is beefing up its San Antonio presence with plans for fourth area location, this one near Stone Oak. Fatburger’s latest store will be located at 4250 TPC Pkwy, #101, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction on the space is slated to begin in June with a tentative November completion date, records show.
