New Urban Air opens near the Heights, one more coming to Rosenberg

The 55,000-square-foot park takes over an entire second story.

HOUSTON — Urban Air Adventure Park is set to open its doors near the Heights on June 14 as another location gears up in Rosenberg, southwest of Houston.

The 55,000-square-foot indoor trampoline and adventure park, at 2737 Minimax St. off the Interstate 610 West Loop in the Lazybrook-Timbergrove area, will include a unique layout and additional attractions to separate itself from a typical Urban Air location.

The adventure park in Houston will be the only facility in Urban Air’s history located entirely on the second story of a building, co-Partner Suraj Singh told the Houston Business Journal, adding that the location’s selection was based on space. Singh and co-Partner Tommy Philips already own the Goldfish Swim School, which is located below.

The addition of Urban Air above was the only way to include both spots on the same 3.25 acres, Singh said.
