Houston bomb danger: Congress Road building removed

HOUSTON– Harris County Constable District 1 units replied to a prospective bomb danger on Congress Street in midtown Houston, according to a statement launched at 9: 17 p.m. by the Workplace of Constable Alan Rosen. The structure was gotten rid of as of 9: 39 p.m.

Message said the location was the 1200 block of Congress Road, in between Caroline Street and San Jacinto Road. Structures on that block include the Jury Summons Harris Region Assembly structure and the Harris Area Juvenile Probation Division.

K 9 officers browsed the building and discovered no hazards. The structure was “clear and safe” and staff members had the ability to enter the building once again.

It was not clear what motivated the bomb hazard.
