AUSTIN (KXAN)– The Travis Area Sheriff’s Workplace and local companies are checking out after an inmate at the Travis County Correctional Complicated was located “unresponsive in his cell” and died Tuesday night.
A news release from TCSO stated Benjamin Emery McGuire, 54, of Austin, was located less competent quickly after he was offered supper. Officials stated this took place around 4: 17 p.m.
Reacting improvements team carried out mouth-to-mouth resuscitation immediately, and EMS was phoned call to the scene.
McGuire was noticable dead at 5: 17 p.m., TCSO said.
According to the constable’s workplace, McGuire was scheduled into guardianship on April 24 and was charged with Injury to a Child/Elderly and Criminal Trespass.
