Fort Worth PD bids farewell to Chief Noakes after 25 years

Noakes retires after 25 years of solution, receiving a psychological sendoff from the department.

FT WORTH, Texas– “Principal Noakes, you’ve addressed your last telephone call.”

Ft Well Worth Authorities Chief Neil Noakes received a genuine sendoff from the department he devoted 25 years of service.

“You can now rest, your task is done, your tradition protected and your solution is deeply valued,” a Fort Well worth dispatcher stated on his final day.

In a video clip uploaded on social networks , Ft Worth PD claimed Principal Noakes transmitted his final call on May 30 and formally started his retired life.

“Today, we praise not simply the rank yet the male behind it. A leader, a coach, a sibling in blue.”

Holding his partner’s hand and his family behind him, applause echoed with the building during Noakes’ final sendoff. When he made his method outside, dozens of policemans aligned along the Bob Bolen Public Safety and security Facility, desiring him a happy retirement and a work well done.

“On behalf of the division and grateful neighborhood, Principal Neil Noakes, badge 3186, we thank you.”

Noakes has claimed that he does not plan to take another job in police or in other places, saying he intends to spend time with his family members in retirement.

Noakes began working as chief in early 2021, leading a pressure of around 1, 800 promised police officers. He was previously a replacement principal that routed the department’s South Command patrol divisions. He had additionally served in different ranks in drunk driving, motors and inner events divisions.
