FRISCO, Texas– A 7 -year-old girl who was reported missing Saturday night died after she was drawn from a retention pond near Stonebriar Centre, authorities said.
According to the Frisco Fire Division, the child was reported missing out on shortly prior to 9 p.m. near 2401 Preston Roadway, the area of an Uncle Julio’s dining establishment.
Frisco authorities and fire crews, along with Lewisville Fire Department and the Texas Division of Public Safety and security, reacted to the neighboring pond, where they found a pair of footwear along the financial institution, authorities stated.
The woman was located in the water and transferred to a local hospital, where she was later on pronounced dead, according to fire officials.
