Dallas Fire-Rescue replied to the fire in Northwest Dallas a little prior to 5 a.m. on Saturday.
DALLAS– A guy died in an overnight residence fire in Northwest Dallas, according to fire officials.
Dallas Fire-Rescue (DFR) said fire teams responded to a structure fire call at about 4: 45 a.m. Saturday in the 3000 block of Sumter Drive. When firemans got to the home, they reported seeing fire originating from the front door. With records of a person potentially being inside, they required entry to carry out search and rescue and reductions procedures, DFR claimed.
When the firefighters entered the home, they found an adult male less competent near the entrance of the home, DFR claimed. Firemans quickly drew the guy from the home, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man’s identification was not available.
Firemens then proceeded their fire suppression efforts and it was stated out at 5: 53 a.m.
DFR claimed the source of the fire was under examination, and it would certainly be listed as unclear pending the results from the Dallas County Medical Supervisor’s workplace on the sufferer’s cause of fatality.
