Baby has serious injuries after Lubbock man admits to shaking 'in frustration'

Miguel Silva, 22, was arrested in Lubbock for allegedly wrapping a baby in a swaddle, squeezing her with force and shaking her in frustration, resulting in serious injuries to the child.
