GALVESTON, Texas — The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for a man who went missing on the water in Galveston County Sunday night.
The search is happening near West Galveston Bay for the 37-year-old man who was reportedly in a kayak. He was reported missing at around 8 p.m. At this point, there are no details about why the man went missing or exactly where he was last seen.
The Coast Guard is asking anyone with information about the man’s whereabouts or disappearance to call Sector Houston-Galveston at 281-464-4851.
