DART confirmed members of its police department were involved in a shooting near the Victory Park station on Sunday, police said.
DALLAS — DART confirmed its officers were involved in a shooting at the Victory Park shooting, police said.
The incident occured around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 10, DART said in a statement. No officers or bystanders were injured, officials said.
WFAA has asked for more information about the circumstances that led up to the shooting, and any additional injuries that may have occured.
Video captured by an onlooker appears to show several police rush to a suspect who is on the ground and knocking an object out of their arms while chasing him on the tracks. Then, photos show the suspect being taken away on an ambulance gurney.
