Kayakers discovered a male body at Arlington’s River Legacy Park on Friday afternoon.
ARLINGTON, Texas — A body was found at River Legacy Park Friday afternoon, Arlington police said.
Around 1:45 p.m., officers were called to the 700 block of Green Oaks after two kayakers discovered the male body. They told APD that the male was “lying face down in the water with his clothes intact.”
“At this time, no foul play is suspected but it is still an ongoing investigation,” police said in a news release.
The victim’s identity was not immediately released. WFAA has a crew at the scene gathering information.
