A federal grand jury indicted a 22-year-old woman Wednesday on a charge of “actual and attempted malicious damage by fire to property involved in interstate or foreign commerce” for allegedly throwing a burning magazine into the Comal County Republican Party’s headquarters on Jan. 14.
