A motorcyclist was killed in a crash involving multiple vehicles at Katy Hockley and Jack Road, Harris County deputies said.
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A motorcyclist has died after a crash involving multiple vehicles in northwest Harris County, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the crash at Katy Hockley and Jack Road on Tuesday. Gonzalez said the crash “appears to involve a couple of vehicles and a motorcycle.”
Aerial views from Air 11 showed an 18-wheeler rolled over as well at the scene.
The rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
As of now, Katy Hockley is closed in both directions while investigators work to determine what caused the crash. Drivers in the area should expect delays and seek alternate routes.
