HOUSTON — The Houston Police Department is looking for a 17-year-old girl who was last seen in a Clear Lake-area neighborhood.
Police said Olivia Richards was last seen on Golf View Trails, which is in a neighborhood near the intersection of Clear Lake City Boulevard and Bay Oaks Boulevard at 1 a.m. on July 13.
She was wearing a blue sweater with a dark multi-color long skirt. Olivia was carrying a beige backpack, brown purse and red suitcase.
Police described her as being about 100 pounds and 5-feet-1-inch tall with brown hair and black eyes.
