According to Arlington police, Atmos crews are on scene working to repair the leak.
ARLINGTON, Texas — Crews responded to a gas leak Wednesday off East Lamar Boulevard, near Hurricane Harbor, prompting road closures.
According to the Arlington Police Department, officers were told of a gas leak in the 1600 block of the street around 12:20 p.m.
East Lamar Boulevard between Baird Farm Road and Randy Snow Road had been closed in both directions, APD said. The department asked drivers to take either Brown Boulevard ot the I-30 frontage roads.
Currently, APD said there is no timeline on when the road will reopen.
