HOUSTON — Oak Brook, Illinois-based Portillo’s Inc. (Nasdaq: PTLO) will open its fourth Houston-area location July 22 in Tomball.
The 6,250-square-foot restaurant at 25531 Tomball Parkway has seating for 160 people and two drive-thru lanes. The space also features the brand’s “Restaurant of the Future” design, which includes a pickup and grab-and-go area.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m. July 22, and the restaurant opens at 10 a.m.
Portillo’s is known for its Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches and char-grilled burgers.
