PopStroke scraps plans for a second Houston-area location near Great Wolf Lodge in Webster.
The city of Webster confirmed the Tiger Woods-affiliated “eatertainment” concept recently backed out of its contract for the 3.4-acre parcel at 110 Blue Heron Drive, behind Chicken N Pickle in the 80-acre Flyway district.
