Deputies in Harris County are investigating an ATV crash involving four minors, three of whom were airlifted to a hospital.
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Deputies are investigating a serious crash involving an ATV in northeast Harris County, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
It happened at the intersection of Spokane Falls Trail and Yuma Hills Circle near Foley Road and Sundance Lakeshore in the Crosby area.
According to Gonzalez, four people were riding the ATV when it crashed. Preliminary reports indicate the children involved include two possible 9-year-olds, a 14-year-old and a 2-year-old.
The two children and teen were transported to the hospital by Life Flight. Their conditions are unknown.
Gonzalez said the mother of the 2-year-old arrived at the crash site and refused transport for the toddler.
Circumstances leading up to the crash are unclear at this time.
